Just wondering, plus I wanted to start a new thread.

I have a custom build myself. Which I do perfer since that you can get 100% performance for about half the price or lower than a pre-built one.

I would rather get an iMac or a PowerMac. But that's just me.

Psh, crazy kids and your "mac computers."

Custom built PC, running a copy of (preferably SuSe) Linux.

Not only can you get 100% performance out of it, you get the stability of Linux, and the awesomeness of a pwnguin. That's right, pwnguin.

*EDIT*

If you do decide to do this, I can show you how and where to get programs for it on the web. PM for this info.

Crazy? Me?

It all depends on what you do on the computer. A mac would be the perfect computer for what I do.

Yeah, it really does depend on what you use your computer for.

But you can build a custom computer if your on a budget, and or buy a dell, thats the only company I see with a decent deal.

If you got some cash and want to explore, head out for a mac or power up a pc.
