"hacking" windows is legal to your expense, it may create some issues, but even your favorate windows skin program is a hack. But its fun and a good thing sometimes.

lol...warez isnt hacking windows..well like...i dont think having links to warez is illegal....because.....yeh all they would have to do is have a disclaimer when u become a member..and make the warez section members only..its a good idea peter should think about it...it would definetly drive users and traffic..
