Photoshop was just too interesting to give up for me when I was 11-12. I could get custom graphics that were made by me, what else could I ask for.

I started on some swedish community in maybe 2001-2002 i dunno. They would let you play with some html. From there it just evolved.
I started making homepages but i used paint shop pro then. I soon realised that photoshop kicked paint shop pros ass so i changed. So I've used photoshop for various things for a cuople of years now. I must have been 12 or something when I began.

What is paint shop pro, I have never used it, somepeople said it was pretty good. But I always questioned it because PS has always been the industries leader.

Paint Shop Pro is just another Photoshop, except not as good. Personally, I think Photoshop is the best with the TheGimp (free) second in terms of the best photo editing software. Photoshop blows any other software out of the water though.

Yeah but now to get rid of the fact that my computer doesnt like it when I leave photoshop open for a few hours and when I return to design I get a error or lag tremendously.

Ah, that's too bad. I never really leave Photoshop open, so that's not much of a problem for me.

So the question is then, why do you design? Is there a special reason?

For me just recently I started to sell and do graphics on over the net. Its good extra cash and it doesn't take up or have to take up all of your time.
