Im not sure where to put this, but this is the only place where i could think of right now. Since this subject doesnt really fall into computer troubles or anything of that sort. But here it goes.

I plan (possibly now but im considering it) to start a project that will sell websites for 10-15 bucks for even the average gamer or the buisness person to be able to afford a site for their growing needs. What will i need to start this? Copyrights, legal papers, and etc?

lol ill just leave it here anyway lol

are you on about where you sell templates and that lot?

well if you are u need to get some templates or a team then you can decide how to do it. you need a website lol and then you need some form of payment so like you could choose paypal so ppl pay you thru that and then you can decide if you want to make templates on your own or the whole team works on it or if you want to make custom templates or sell pre made ones lol

thats all the top of my head lol ive never done it before so im not too sure

nah mambo is a cms the P3rc3pt10n site runs it :P you basically make a template for that and it duplicates the template and your template becomes a wrapper for the pages so all the content is inserted into the template

If you are going to start a web site that offers paid services, here is a tip that you should really consider:

Do not accept Greenzap!

And here's another tip, it's for everyone, if you don't know it... And I doubt it fits in this topic.. o_O

If you use CPanel: Zip the main contents of a big script (or anything), like a CMS, or IPB, and go to CPanel's FILE MANAGER. Then upload the .zip in a specific folder or the root /www/ and then click on the zip, and clik in the menus "Extract Contents".

Boom, now everything is uploaded, folders and all. No need to upload folders or files one by one.

And then do the MySQL crap.

Cheers.
