Convert HTML to CSS? First off it is not possible as Insaze as stated. CSS is a form of code and it can be used to create a fully functional site off css/styles. You probably would need to recode the site into CSS to begin with.

Just recode the website using a combination of XHTML & CSS.

I guess you want to convert a tabled HTML document to a tableless X/HTML docuement? There's not really two ways about it, you need to learn some CSS to work with <div>'s etc.

The best way to get used to it is to start a blog and then start by editing the CSS for that to familiarize yourself with CSS, and then reference to the CSS and HTML pages when writing your own.
