The bg is nice, but as Knight Atack had stated, the Text doesn't really work out.
Pop a render in there and it might give it a bang you need.  Good sig overall.

There is a render in there, just small and almost insignifigant.
It looks nice, but the scanlines don't blend like that. Nor does the text. I don't see anything wrong with the font, but the way it's blended dosen't fit too well. And, could you make the render itself bigger? Possibly bring more focus onto it?
