Ill give whoever makes me a skin for ipb 1.3.1 1200 creds.
I want it to be dark and to expand. If you need a color or something then make it dark greys or Dark Blues. I dont care if it takes a day or 2 but make sure its good and pm me the css and such so that others dont have it  Depending on if the skin is any good I may make some sigs for you or tutor you a bit on msn
