We have installed Top Referrals so everyone can see where they stand.

Let's try to bring new members to Pictual. We are now opening a new competition for the top referrals of the month.

Each month, the member with the most referrals (most people referred by you to Pictual) will be the winner. The winner will receive $20 per month. Our system will track your progress so there is no unfair business happening. With the unique tracking system available, will prevent members from referring dead beat users .. meaning if you refer 1 other member and this member does not make 1 post in an entire month, that referral count to your account is not valid.

PS - I am the only member thus far that has referred 3 members. One of which "developer" hasn't posted anything. This is a clear example of a member referred that is not valid. Notice Lyric? She is a valid member with at least 2 or more posts already made. Look below:
