This needs to be brought up to him. And respected people or Admins need to finalize the vote in my opinion.
Better yet. Have the people who voted post what username they voted and why!

i think there should be a revote with no poll, just have poeple vote for who they like best, also have an ip check, its sad that sumn people try hard to get other to vote for them in a sig contest, sad,very sad

And so the voting is over and it's time for me to announce the winners.
