Seems interesting, but old. The links mentioned in the threads are dead so I assuming this is long gone and over with?
Are you still hiring designers for various jobs? I think everyone is anticipating the answer

Umm, well the company died off as I decided not to follow it as a designer that is in the market just starting and where all clients flake out and will not put a down payment down with a brand new designer. BUT! Current am not running a design group as of now, doing some private freelancing, so the answer is No.
