Okay..interetsing..

1. The text on the links are too big, they stand out too much, and are a little bold for the layout..

2. I liked your slicing, but the effects you used on the banner etc.,, were pretty beginnerish. You should try and learn a bit more about making sleeker-effects.

The layout is still great overal though! Excellent effort

Agian looks a bit blocky, but I do like how you made the navigation and such, but unless you know what your doing, that content space is going to be a pain unless your fine with just ordinary inputed text.

The over all design might need some better work, but looks like a good start.
